Terra Organics honors refund or credit requests that meet the following criteria:
- Non-delivery of the product: due to a missed delivery or otherwise. Please let us know if you have not received your goods. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Sales department by phone (1-877-619-5612) or email (info@terra-organics.com) within 3 days from the expected delivery date. Otherwise the product will be considered received.
- Major product defects or spoilage: Terra Organics products are thoroughly inspected before delivery, but unexpected and unsatisfactory products may make their way to your doorstep. Any claims of defects or spoilage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 3 days from the date of the initial complaint or any other notification provided by a Customer, a refund will be issued to the customer, OR, at customer’s choice, replacement of the product of the same or around the same value can be offered.
The decision to refund or credit is made on a case by case basis.
